Rockash was born September 5, 1989 at Zorzor Currant Lutheran Hospital in Liberia (Zorzor city, Lofa County). Rockash ethnicity is Mandingo. His house name growing up was ‘Rock’. His father called him ‘Rock’ as a nickname from birth. In an exclusive interview with diamond online, the singer stated
“I use to go by the name Roc Boy and Roca fella. Being that those two names are used by a well known artist (Jay Z) I changed mine to Rocka$H.”( Meaning Rock Ahmed $Heriff).
Rockash began to pursue his music career in 2010. The singer first song was ‘straight outta this world’, shortly after the song release, Rockash joined a group called Case Closed.
When asked about his relationship status the musician responded gracefully.
“My relationship status is complicated, so I’m in Love with music right now”
Rockash got signed to Infinity Records in March 2018. He describes his music as a new school of Afro pop. Blending the African culture/ Mandingo with other sounds from around the world.

Rockash has a few projects in the works. His next release is a love song featuring Pck. The song release date is yet to be confirmed, however fans should expect the song by the end of August 2018.
How the song ‘ party with me’ came about?
“ My Collaboration with DenG and Kobazzie was through the help of my producer Stone Luckshine. They loved the song and were kind enough to jump on the track”.
Advice to other Up-and-coming Artists?
“My advice for upcoming artists is to stay focused, Humble and give the audience what they want. Also make sure to live like ambassadors of the future by being good role models”.
Rockash is musically diverse. The multilingual musician can sing in English, Koloqua, Mandingo and French.
Rockash newly release single ‘Party with me’ features two of Liberia hit makers, Deng and Kobazzie. Party with me is the ultimate summer anthem.
